Speedgolf is exactly what it sounds like – golf, played fast. Players complete a full round while running between shots, carrying a lightweight bag with a reduced set of clubs.
It rewards the complete athlete: skill with a club, fitness on your feet, and a calm head under pressure. Many players say it’s the most enjoyable golf they’ve ever played. No waiting, no overthinking, just you, the course, and the clock.
How it’s scored
Strokes + Time (in minutes) = Score
For example, a player who shoots 90 in 110 minutes has a Speedgolf Score of 200. Play better golf, run faster, or both… your score drops either way.
